1. A dream of Red Mansions by Cao Xueqin
A dream of Red Mansions, one of the four famous works in ancient China, is a novel in Zhanghui style. It was written in 1784 (the 49th year of Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty). The preface to the master of dream dream is officially entitled a dream of Red Mansions. Its original names are “the story of the stone”, “the record of love monks”, “Fengyue Baojian”, “Jinling twelve hairpins”, etc. The first 80 chapters were written by Cao Xueqin, and the last 40 chapters were continued by Gao E (one said to be the sequel of Wu Ming Shi), and then sorted out by Cheng Weiyuan and Gao E. 2. The classic book of songs
The book of songs is the earliest collection of poetry in ancient China. It collects 311 poems from the early Western Zhou Dynasty to the middle of the spring and Autumn period (from the 11th century to the 6th century BC). Six of them are Sheng poems, which have only titles and no content. They are called Sheng Poems (Nanxin, Baihua, Huashu, Youkang, Chongwu, and Youyi), reflecting the social aspects of about 500 years from the beginning of the Zhou Dynasty to the late Zhou Dynasty Appearance.
