记得第一次面对五六十个调皮可爱的孩子时,我慌了神,手足无措。之前学的一些方法根本没办法在他们面前实施,只想逃开。最希望其他老师让我去干别的工作只要别让我面对孩子。我实在没有什么好方法让那么多小孩子的注意力全都集中到我的身上。工作的前两天指导老师让我先干保育工作,一边让我熟悉工作流程,一边指导我工作。孩子离园了还跟我交流教我一些管理孩子的好方法,在她们身上我受益匪浅。
近两个月的教育实习已经结束了,这短短的一个多月实习,使我真正体会到做一位老师的乐趣,体会到了一个作为老师的责任。同时,也使我的教学理论变成为教学实践,使虚拟的教学变成为真正的教学。
日常工作方面:在这短短的几个星期里,我主要的是监督学生的学习、纪律以及卫生,具体安排为:
1、1,每天坚持7:30之前到教室督促学生读书和做卫生,监督早读纪律及做好考勤工作。
2、在课间操和做眼保健操时,到班上监督学生做操。
3、 每天中午到教室与学生聊天解答疑难问题,了解学生的情况,并指对学生的问题进行辅导,鼓励学生。
4 、大扫除期间,安排,监督学生做好大扫除工作。
5、班会期间去看班主任组织班会,学习班主任如何组织班会,并组织一次主题班会

When the children leave the kindergarten, they also communicate with me and teach me some good ways to manage children. I benefit a lot from them.
Nearly two months of educational practice has ended, this short more than a month of internship, so that I really realize the fun of being a teacher and the responsibility of a teacher. Daily work: in these short weeks, I mainly supervise students’ study, discipline and hygiene. The specific arrangements are as follows:
